We manufacture Diamond Dotted Paper using an electrical grade insulating kraft paper with thermostable 'B' stage heat curable diamond shaped epoxy resin coating applied in such a way that sufficient spaces exists between them for oil impregnation. It is used to electrically insulate and mechanically bond the winding layers; by this the epoxy resin on the kraft paper cures during the process and forms a high strength bond. This bond prevents the windings from moving during operation or under short circuit stresses. The diamond shaped epoxy resin coating improves the temperature resistance and thermal performance of the kraft paper. Due to adhesion it provides quick evacuation of air and moisture during drying and thus minimises the risks of partial discharge. Thus with the use of Epoxy Dotted Paper it gives greater strength and coil integrity throughout the life of the transformer. It is tact free at room temperature and after curing provides right bonding. It is available in thickness ranging from 2mil to 20mil of any slit sizes.
We manufacture Electrical Grade Crepe Paper which is used as Insulation in Distribution and Power
Transformers, Current and Potential Transformers and for wire covering in paper covered
conductors. The Electrical Grade Crepe Paper provides elongation to a normal electrical grade
kraft paper which is used to cover copper or aluminum conductors bent at acute angles. This
results in the insulation not breaking or cracking when bent over. The elongation provided
ranges from 20 % to 220%.
This Crepe Paper is used to cover copper conductors having various cross sectional shapes. This
paper is used to cover copper conductors bent at an angle of 180 DEGREES. As a result this
insulation will not break or tear or crack compared to plain kraft paper insulation.

as per customer requirement. Along with it we also manufacture ELECTRICAL GRADE CREPE PAPER
TUBES with different inner and outer diameters as per customer requirement.
We manufacture Glass Fabric Prepregs using fine glass fibre cloth with impregnation of a special grade epoxy resin. The cured glass fibre cloth has high rigidity and good compressive strength and majorly used layer insulation in low-voltage windings of cast resin distribution-transformers, insulation of armature winding in disc armature motors, armouring for resin cast in dry-type transformers. It can be used as B and F insulation classes for different applications.
We manufacture Polyester Diamond Dotted Film which is widely used as an interlayer insulation in Dry-type transformers, SF6 high current voltage transformers and also suitable in motors as a slot insulation or phase insulation film. It is coated with Thermostable ‘B’ Stage Epoxy Resin in a pattern similar to Electrical Grade Diamond Dotted Paper. It is available from thickness 2mil to 5mil.
We manufacture Semi Conducting Black Crepe Paper which is widely used in Current, Potential, Instrument and Distribution Transformers. The main advantage of this product is to ground the leakage of the current. It is available in thickness ranging from 2mil to 5mil of any slit sizes.

It can be used as class F or H type insulation and is used in winding insulation for bonding copper conductors in excitation windings of high-voltage machines, insulation for conductor bundles for traction motors, layer insulation in low-voltage windings of dry-type transformers.
